About

The Potter’s Craft Global is more than music- it is a movement.
Founded in 2018 as a dynamic band, we have since evolved into a global hub for consulting, leadership, and capacity building, committed to shaping not only great musicians but also great people, strong teams, and thriving futures.
Inspired by legendary voices and choirs-Ron Kenoly, Alvin Slaughter, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, the Chicago Mass Choir, and many more- what began as a passion for excellence in sound has grown into a bold mission: to equip leaders, mentor teams, and transform communities through training, creativity, and discipline.
Today, The Potter’s Craft Global operates as an umbrella company with three key divisions:
-
TPC Musical Academy - Developing world-class musicians and vocalists through structured training and performance coaching.
-
TPC Leadership - Equipping leaders with practical skills to organize, inspire, and manage teams for long-term growth.
-
TPC Engineering - Delivering technical expertise in sound engineering, equipment provision, and event solutions.
Our impact cuts across religious groups, campus fellowships, community choirs, and secular music teams-reflecting the universal need for visionary leadership, teamwork, and professional excellence. We bridge passion with professionalism, creativity with structure, and sound with purpose.
From hands-on workshops to leadership mentoring, from local training to international collaborations, we are raising a generation of voices and leaders that will echo with excellence, influence, and impact-across music, leadership, and the marketplace.
The Potter’s Craft Global: Shaping Sound. Shaping Lives. Shaping Futures.
